Franklin Foods Internship Program - Helping Students Get a Head Start in their Careers

Franklin interns work collaboratively with the marketing team and students are empowered to get out from behind the desk and into the field where interns work independently in their own markets executing retail consumer programs - from consumer sampling to working directly with the marketing team to convey product information through social media and press - insterns learn the different sides of how consumer and retail products are launched into the market.

During an 8-10 week period, students participate in online modules with key Franklin Food team members across marketing, sales, procurement and supply chain, food safety, quality and manufacturing. Interns get an inside look at the food industry and learn about product development in the dairy industry, working with local farms and suppliers, creating and managing state-of-the-art production facilities and developing best practices in safety and quality. Interns also participate in leadership calls, visit corporate plants and HQ and meet with executives.

Dana's Greek Cream Cheese Scones

This week I decided to make Greek cream cheese scones. These are a great breakfast food that you can make over the weekend and then have for the rest of the week to eat as a grab and go food if you have a busy schedule.

Dana's "Anytime" Snack Tip

This week I decided to do another simple recipe, though slightly more versatile. This one can be used not only as a snack for one but also as an appetizer for a group of friends or an entire party.
